Official says Russia starts feasibility study of bridge to N Korea
VLADIVOSTOK, Apr 26 (PRIME) -- Russia will prepare a feasibility study of a bridge to link North Korea and Russia across the Tumannaya River, Governor of the Primorsky Region Oleg Kozhemyako said on Friday.
“We will now prepare a technical and economic study, the Economic Development Ministry is taking care of the engineering issues and proposals of work in this area,” he said.
Earlier this week, the North Korean leader arrived to the Russia’s Far Eastern city of Vladivostok on an armored train and held negotiations with the Russian president.
